Sa pambihirang pagkakataon ay isang korte ang nagbukas ng madaling araw para pag-desisyunan ang hiling ng isang retiradong heneral na nabangga ng isang truck driver.
Ayon sa ulat, nagbukas ang Hall of Justice sa Bacolod ng 11:37 P.M. Abril 4, 2025, para ma-inquest ang driver na si Romer Estrada.
Naharap sa reklamo si Estrada matapos niyang mabangga si PNP Retired Brigadier General Lope Ma Ubaldo Lim na nagmamaneho ng kanyang BMW motorcycle mga 12:14 P.M.
Natapos ang inquest ng 1:30 A.M.,Abril 5, 2025.
Dinala naman sa ospital si Estrada dahil sa pagsama ng kanyang pakiramdam ngunit maituturing na hawak parin siya ng mga otoridad.

Afterward, the detained Isuzu Elf driver, Romer Estrada, was asked if he would like to avail of an inquest or request a preliminary investigation.
Estrada chose a preliminary investigation for the purpose to be given time to explain his side through a counter-affidavit. During that time, the driver was hyperventilating. So, his company called the ambulance and brought him to the Lady of Mercy Hospital in Bacolod City. His blood pressure was high.
As of this writing, the driver is still under arrest and under the custody of the police.
